Egg Salad
Ingredients :
1 spoon of mayonnaise
2 spoons of white cheese
A few parsley leaves
Salt and pepper
Eggs
Cheffy the Chef says :
Place the eggs in a small pot filled with water, cover the pot and boil the water.
After the water has boiled and the egg is hard-boiled, let it cool a bit, perhaps under cold running water.
Peel the egg and mash it: put the egg on a plate and use a fork to mash it.
Add the mayonnaise.
Now add two spoonfuls of white cheese.
Mix all the ingredients together. Use a fork to do that.
Add salt and pepper if you want, as much you like.
Mix it well.
Take some parsley and sprinkle it on top of
the mixture.
You put some eggs to boil in water till they’re hard
And you let them cool a bit before you start
And now you peel the shell from the egg and when you’re done
You start to mash the eggs it’s really fun.
Add white cheese and mayonnaise to cream it up
Some parsley leaves they look so nice on top
And all the baby chefs are in for such a treat
When the fresh egg salad’s ready to eat

Now the last thing left to do is add some spice
Salt and pepper they can make our eggs taste nice
And now we mix our fresh egg salad
