Christmas Pie (Spandauer)

Ingredients : Dough
Fresh cold butter
A few cubes of chocolate.
Strawberry jam if you like, or some apple sauce.
Icing sugar for decoration
Cheffy the Chef says :

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.
Make a very thin square out of the dough.
Now take a square biscuit cutter and cut a square out of the dough.
Press the biscuit cutter down so that you have a nice square.
Put a spoonful of jam or chocolate or apple sauce, whatever you want to put inside the pie.
Now it’s time to fold up the pie.
Fold the ends of the dough over, so you have a pocket.
Make sure that the dough is closed on all sides.
Now put it into the oven for 20 minutes.
And now you can sprinkle some icing sugar powder on the top to decorate the pie!
