Christmas Biscuits

Ingredients : A cup of flour
A spoonful of baking powder
1 egg
3 sticks of butter
A dash of cinnamon
A quarter of a cup of sugar
A special Christmas biscuit mould
Cheffy the Chef says :

Put the flour into a bowl.
Add baking powder to the bowl.
Also put the cinnamon into the mix. Cinnamon adds a special taste to the biscuits.
Break an egg into the bowl.
Mix up all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add the butter and sugar.
Now mix everything up again.
Now we've made the dough, we have to knead it, you can use a spoon or your hands.
Wrap the dough in cling film and put it in the fridge for 3 hours.
 
Now that the dough is ready and cool, take a rolling pin and roll out the dough.
Roll it as thin as you can with the rolling pin.
Put flour on the Christmas biscuit mould, and put the dough in the mould.
Carefully remove the dough from the mould.
Put the biscuits in the oven and bake for 15 minutes!
