Amazon users (Amazon Appstore) -

 


1. I have paid for the channel on TV does that mean I need to pay for the app as well?

The subscription to BabyTV through your local cable provider and the subscription to BabyTV's Mobile app are two separate subscriptions.

 



2. Can I download videos to my Amazon device?

It is not possible to download videos to Amazon devices as these devices do not support this feature.

 



3. How can I cancel my subscription on Amazon?

 

1.  from your device go to http://www.amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions

2.  Go to the Manage your Kindle Subscription page.

3.  Find the subscription you want to cancel from the active subscription area then click on “Cancel Subscription” link on the right hand side of the page.
