Vine Leaves

Ingredients : Vine leaves
White rice
A spoon of pine nuts, fresh or roasted (optional)
A little bit of fresh lemon juice
A little bit of olive oil
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Salt and pepper
Yoghurt
Cheffy the Chef says :

Cook white rice with the help of mum and dad.
Put the rice in a bowl.
Sprinkle some pine nuts on the rice in the bowl if you'd like.
Add a little bit of lemon juice to the bowl.
Add olive oil.
Add a little bit of cinnamon to the mixture.
Take a vine leaf and place it nicely and carefully in front of you.
Take a spoonful of rice from the bowl and place it in the middle of the vine leaf.
You need to roll the vine leaf.
Start from the wider part of the vine leaf and slowly roll, and roll very gently so that the
vine leaf doesn't tear.
Make sure that all of the rice is inside the vine leaf.
With the help of mum and dad put bread at the bottom of a big pot and place the stuffed vine leaves on the bread in the pot.
Fill the pot with water, boil the water and leave the vine leaves to cook for about an hour and a half. Of course with the help of mum and dad.
You can eat them hot, or cold, however you like!
You can also dip them in yoghurt!
