By participating in the Offer you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:
1) The Offer: Claim one (1) of five (10) free Gifts. Each free Gift consists of one (1) BabyTV Little Lola Bundle. Includes items Little Lola blanket, Little Lola water bottle, Little Lola stickers, Little Lola snack box and BabyTV activity pad.
2) Offer Expiry Date: Midnight (GMT) 9th October 2021
3) Fulfilment Date: Thirty-five (35) days following confirmation that your claim was successful. You will only be contacted if your claim is successful. Delays are expected to all postal services due to the ongoing global pandemic, but we will contact you if delivery exceeds the period stated above.

5) Eligibility: The Offer is open to residents in the Territory. You must be at least +18 (eighteen) to claim your free Gift and have a valid Social Media account. One (1) claim per person accepted. Offer excludes employees (or their immediate families) of Promoter, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this Offer. Claims via agents or third parties or use of multiple identities/social media accounts/email addresses are not permitted. Use of automated entries, other programs is prohibited and all such claims will be disqualified.
6) Social Media: Claims are only accepted from personal Instagram accounts.
7) TO CLAIM YOUR FREE GIFT: Submit your claim to Promoter as directed in the promotional material by the Offer Expiry Date. Claims received after this date will not be valid. PLEASE DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION PUBLICALLY. If your claim is successful, Promoter will contact you to arrange delivery within five (5) working days of the Offer Expiry Date. The free Gift offered is as described above and subject to availability. The free Gifts are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Offer is valid until the Offer Expiry Date or until all available free Gifts have been claimed. You will receive your free Gift by the Fulfilment Date. In the event of any delays, Promoter will contact you using the contact details provided by you.
8) Your Personal Information: Promoter (and/or our agents) may ask you for personal information, such as your name and address. Promoter (and/or our agents) will also collect your unique social media username/handle so that we can administer your claim. Your personal information will be used in accordance with Promoter’s current published Privacy Policy and may be accessed by or passed to our agents to administer the Offer, send out the Free Gifts and to enable Promoter to promote the Offer in any media including without limitation Promoter’s online and linear channels and Promoter’s Social Media Platforms.
9) You expressly confirm consent to (a) your personal information being held and processed by Promoter for the purposes of administering the Offer, in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulations and Privacy Laws, (b) the transfer and storage of such information outside the European Economic Area (including to Promoter and Promoter’s affiliates and their business interests) as may be reasonably required for the purposes set out above.
10) Claim Fulfilment: Promoter reserves the right at any time to request proof of identity, to verify eligibility and to administer the claim. Promoter shall have the right at its absolute sole discretion to invalidate the claim if at any time we require a response from you, and (i) no response is received after we have made reasonable efforts to make contact and within a reasonable period of time (or by any date advised to you in writing), or (ii) we receive a bounceback/error message, or (iii) the Gift is returned undelivered.
11) Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to its Social Media account, and is not responsible for any disruption to the Offer or the Social Media app due to technical problems or otherwise due to events outside of its reasonable control.
12) Promoter has arranged this Offer in good faith but, to the fullest extent allowed by law, accepts no responsibility for loss or damages as a result of anyone participating in the Offer or any aspect of any Gift awarded. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. No purchase necessary. The Gift is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
13) Promoter reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer or disqualify any claimant at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if it cannot be guaranteed that the Offer can be carried out correctly for technical or legal reasons or we suspect that any person has been manipulating the Offer or has acted unethically in any other way. Promoter will, on request, make available information that indicates that all Gifts were claimed. 14) This Offer is not sponsored, endorse, administered or associated with the Social Media platform. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Offer will be directed to Promoter. By participating in this Offer and accepting the free Gift, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Social Media platform from any claims arising from the administration of this promotion. Any liability incurred by the Social Media platform shall be governed by, and limited to, the applicable provisions of Social Media platform’s Terms of Service.

16) The laws of England and Wales apply and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts.
